Do a Bulk Export

While you can save any analysis report in Smartgrade as a CSV, we also have a "Bulk Export" feature to allow MAT and School Admins to extract data from across multiple assessments in a family in one go.

To use bulk export:

1. Click on the three yellow horizontal lines in the top right of the screen and choose "Configuration" then "Bulk export".
2. Select the desired assessment family from the window at the top of the "Bulk export" area.
3. Choose the data you'd like to extract using the available options:
   1. Subject: Select one or more subjects from the family.
   2. Year: Select one or more year groups
   3. Assessment Window: Pick the assessment window for which you'd like data.
   4. Academic Year: Select the applicable Academic Year.
   5. Result Type: Select the data you'd like to extract. You can export question and whole grade level data.
   6. Schools: If you're a MAT Admin, you can choose to export data for multiple schools at the same time. School Admins will be able to export data for their school only.
4. Click Download CSV.
